We are Church Hill Baptist Church - welcome to our site! We are a Christian community not far from the centre of Walthamstow.
What's it all about?
The Christian faith is based on the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ - on past events and writings...
.....and yet it's contemporary, not stuck in the past. We believe this message is for all people, in all time, in all places. So...
....we aim to be alert to the concerns of this present-day urban community; but the message we share is the unchanged good news about Jesus Christ.
When...?
Our usual Sunday meeting is @ 11am.
Then, on Thursday @ 7:30pm we hold our Fellowship Group (this is aimed at the growth and encouragement of Christians).
In addition there are occasional 'bring + share' lunches after our morning meeting. The next meal we're planning for is Sunday 16th October.
We're running a new Christianity Explored course. Here are the details:
- starting Monday 17th October
- 8-9:30pm (refreshments from 7:45pm)
